A warm winter wonderland escape

The attention to detail was striking, from the festive decor to the lovely lake views. The evening spent by the fire, listening to live piano music during dinner, was lovely.

While the bar menu had limited options, the overall experience remained enjoyable. A minor inconsistency in pasta portions was noted, but it didn't overshadow the excellent dining.

The intimate setting with limited rooms creates a unique experience that's hard to match. The gardens surrounding the hotel are impeccably landscaped, with a serene atmosphere perfect for leisurely strolls or a quiet moment.

The dining options lean heavily on the overpriced side, with meals sometimes failing to justify the high cost. I found the bar menu lacking in variety, especially after a long day of adventure. It would've been nice to have more activities during the weekend instead of feeling stuck in one spot.

The beautiful decor set a romantic tone, and the spa facilities were relaxing. We especially loved the attentive service at breakfast-try their pastries! Don't miss the sunset view from the lakeside terrace-it was lovely.

I stayed in a Beautiful Double or Twin Room for 2 nights, and man, it was beautiful! Spacious and cozy with a cool mix of modern tech and traditional style, like a hidden mirror TV. The attention to detail was excellent-every little thing, from the glass saucer to bathroom sets, was great. It was like a luxury experience without being over the top. Super comfy bed too!

room service pizza was lacking quality.

This hidden gem on Lake Como provides exceptional views and luxurious accommodations, including spacious rooms and a variety of on-site activities like tennis and boccia. the friendly staff provides excellent service, and the restaurant serves delicious and well-balanced meals for breakfast and dinner. the rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. Guests can also enjoy the stunning lake view from their rooms and throughout the hotel.

Some guests may find that the prices are slightly higher than other hotels in the area.

Siamo rimasti estremamente colpiti dalla pulizia impeccabile del nostro alloggio. Le camere erano tenute in modo impeccabile e il bagno era in ottime condizioni. Inoltre, abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità del personale che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ci hanno offerto un aperitivo di benvenuto e persino una torta durante il nostro soggiorno. La posizione del nostro alloggio era anche eccellente, permettendoci di raggiungere facilmente la città vecchia e il lungomare.

Amazing Christmas experience - location and activities were great! The hotel had various activities, including tennis, swimming pool, and boccia, with an incredible view of the lake. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing us with a helpful hand throughout our stay. The restaurant had tasty food that was well-balanced. Our spacious and comfortable room was a real gem, perfect for a relaxing stay.

Sadly, there was nothing Christmas-y about our experience. There were no decorations or Christmas trees, which left a dull and unsatisfying feeling.

The hotel facilities were fantastic with amazing views of the lake. The staff were very attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect and it had ample parking available. The location was perfect, right on the lake, with easy transportation options to explore this city. The breakfast was great, and the spread was well-balanced and delicious.

Staff and activities the hotel was alright, but the best part was the staff. They were really nice and welcoming, always greeting us with a smile. the activities offered on site were also really great. We played tennis and boccia and had an amazing view of the city. the location was also a plus - we were really close to the lake and some nice restaurants.

Rooms and food We weren't too thrilled about the rooms - they were just okay. Not as spacious as we thought they would be.
